Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?
Absolutely. We understand that your proprietary software logic and enterprise data must be protected. We offer standard enterprise-grade NDAs before any technical discovery or code auditing begins.
Will you take over an existing / legacy codebase?
Yes. Before taking over an existing application, our senior engineers will perform a comprehensive code audit to assess technical debt, security vulnerabilities, and scalability. Once the audit is complete, we provide a roadmap for refactoring or migrating the software.
Do you offer post-launch support and DevOps maintenance?
Yes, building the software is only the first step. We offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ongoing DevOps, cloud infrastructure management, security patching, and scaling resources as your user base grows.
What is your project management methodology?
We strictly adhere to Agile methodology. Your project will be broken down into 2-week sprints. You will have direct communication with the lead engineer, receive regular code commits, and test functional builds frequently rather than waiting months for a monolithic reveal.
Who owns the intellectual property (IP) and source code?
You do. Upon project completion and final payment, Stack Nectar transfers 100% of the Intellectual Property rights and the complete, unencrypted source code over to your organization.
